Trisports are part of the Department of Transport Fix your Bike Voucher Scheme. The scheme is open to anyone in England who has an unused cycle in need of a repair.

There are a limited number of vouchers available, please consider the needs of others before applying for a voucher and do not delay making planned repairs outside of the scheme should your circumstances allow it.

Up to two vouchers can be claimed per household.

We can collect and return your bicycle to you during these testing times. There are no collection or delivery fees.

Joe, Paul and Adam have a vast range of experience between them and are industry trained to undertake a wide range of repairs, builds and servicing on any brand of bicycle.

They undertake all work in our fully equipped and spacious in-store workshop. From a simple puncture to a full rebuild, Shimano electronic gear shift diagnostics or a bespoke custom bike build... they are happy to help.

Service Schedule

We recommend an annual service for most riders and for winter riders a service before and after bad weather to help prevent damage caused by water and salt on the roads.

We request bikes to be in a reasonably clean condition for work to be undertaken, but do offer a Wash, Lube & Inspect service for customers without the use of washing facilities.

Wash, Lube & Inspect

£30 one off or buy a block of four for £100.00

  • A thorough deep clean wash
  • Lubricate chain and all necessary parts + anti-corrosion polish.
  • Inspection for loose or worn parts.

Level 1

£45.00 – plus parts

  • Inspection for loose or worn parts.
  • Headset and bottom bracket adjusted if needed
  • Adjust and tension brakes and gears
  • Lubricate chain and all necessary parts

Level 2

£86.00 – plus parts

  • Inspection for loose or worn parts
  • Headset and bottom bracket adjusted if needed
  • Adjust and tension brakes and gears
  • Full bike clean and lubricate
  • Check & adjust hub tension & if required true both wheel

Level 3

£160.00 – plus parts

  • Inspection for loose or worn parts
  • Full bicycle strip down
  • All parts and fixings removed and degreased
  • Frame and forks washed & polished
  • Wheels trued and bearings serviced
  • Headset and bottom bracket removed & cleaned where applicable

General Information

Labour Rates

£40 per hour | £10 per 15 mins

Examples of labour charges:

  • Loose wheel puncture / tyre change: £10
  • Puncture / tyre change in bike: £12
  • Puncture / tyre change in hub geared or fixed wheel bike from: £15
  • Wheel truing from: £15

Additional Service labour charges may include:

  • Full suspension bike pivot service from £50
  • Brake Bleed from £12 per brake
  • Tyre / tube fitting: £5 per wheel
  • Bar tape fitting: £10 plus tape
  • TT & Triathlon bikes with internal cabling and integrated brakes carry an additional charge of £20

Bespoke bike building service from £130

If you have a frame you would like to build into a bike we can cater for you with our bike building service. (Includes bar taping and steerer cutting)

Workshop sundries:

Some services may have an additional charge of £3 (min) to £10 (max) for cleaning products, lubricants and greases used during the service.
