Returning items to Trisports 

1. General
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased. However, if you're returning something because it doesn't fit or is not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. 

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. 

Contact us by phone (01462 683615) or use the Returns Form in the Contact page before sending your goods back.

2.  Statutory Rights 
None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company, subject to UK consumer law, so dealing with Trisports is completely safe.

3. What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Contact us as (see 1) before sending us back the goods. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

4. What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
Return it to us within 21 days. Just Contact us (see 1) before sending us back the goods. Returned goods must be in the condition stated in 1. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain medical products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued.

5. Who pays the postage on returned items?
We refund up to £25 carriage for items found to be faulty, if the cost of your returns carriage exceeds this amount please contact us (see 1) and we will arrange collection. Please state a date and collection address (not Saturdays or Sundays) where the goods can be collected.

6. Who pays the postage on returned faulty items?
If you're returning something to Trisports because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs. Also, we won't charge you for postage on any replacement goods. We recommend using recorded delivery or registered post to return any items to cover yourself against loss.

7. How quickly will Trisports process the return?
We will endeavour to deal with you return within 7 working days.

8. What happens if Trisports are out of stock of the replacement item?
We will refund your credit card for the item you returned to us. 

9. What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?
Contact us (see 1) and we'll tell you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem.

10. What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All goods supplied by Trisports are from official UK manufacturers or importers and are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, contact us (see 1). Certain medical products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued. Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed before returning back to us. Consequently, unwashed clothing will be returned to you without inspection.
